Just a few days ago, my brake caliper literally blew out within a mile of this shop while finishing a vacation. I called Adrian at 4:30 that afternoon he stated if I could get my truck to their location by 5, he would take a look at it and do his best to fix it. We were on a very tight schedule as I had to depart the following afternoon to return home. Not only were they able to fix the truck in a timely manner, the workmanship was excellent and the charges are very reasonable. I couldn't recommend this business more highly. A real gem. - Ken S. Here in Florida, the heat fosters more than just mosquitoes, humidity and hurricanes, the heat also causes Tires to wear at a higher rate; something that Tire manufacturers have known for some time. As the front and rear axles differ in weight, this causes uneven Tire Wear. To ensure even Tire Wear, Tires are Rotated by moving the Wheels and Tires on an automobile from one position to another. Tire Rotation will extend the useful life of a set of Tires. It is recommended that Tires be Rotated usually between 5,000 and 6,000 miles. For some that means every Oil Change, for others that means every other Oil Change. For equal Tire Wear, Rotation should be performed just about every Oil Change and should be Rotated at minimum every six months.
The Fuel Pump in your vehicle is one of those parts you don't generally think about until it suddenly dies. The Fuel Pump pumps the fuel from the tank to the engine. Failure of the Fuel Pump can be disastrous. Many cars now use an electronic Fuel Pump which is located in the gas tank. The electronic system works by spraying a fine mist of fuel inside the engine’s chambers and is operated through a computer control system. To help prevent Fuel Pump failure, replace your Fuel Filter regularly. The Fuel Filter can become clogged with debris found in dirty fuel. This means that the Fuel Pump has to work harder to push fuel through the restricted filter.
Today’s vehicle engines are becoming less tolerant of maintenance mistakes. One component that is often overlooked or considered less important is the - Air Filter. The Air Filter helps keep dirt and other contaminants out of the engine and offers the airflow needed by the engine so it can breathe properly.
